Returns
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product is returned in its original condition with all original packaging.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products with broken safety seals
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or customized products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return if your order qualifies under this policy.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
