  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International Orders: 10–21 business days (where available)

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information.

Damaged Packages

  • Include your order number.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
